Supplies
You will need:
- Polymer clay
- An oven
- Some clay sculpting tools
That´s all you need.
Condition the Clay
First, you need to condition your clay.
What does that mean?
When you take the clay out of the package it is most likely a little too stiff to work with immediately.
Conditioning the clay means, that you prepare the clay so that it is just soft enough to work with but not too soft.
How do I condition my clay?
Most of the time it´s enough to simply knead it in your hands until it´s soft enough.
You can also use a pasta machine if you don´t want to strain your hands.

Choose Two Colors and Combine Them
Next, you need to select two colors. One color will be the base color and the other will be your accent color for the clay bead.
Roll out the primary color and then put little specs of your accent color on the rolled-out clay. Like this:

And then combine them by either kneading the clay with your hand or putting it through a pasta machine.

The more you knead it the more the colors will combine. If you knead it too much then the colors will simply mix and you will end up with a new color instead of a nice mamor effect.
Make the Bead
Finally, you just have to make a bead out of the clay.
For that, separate the clay into several equally sized pieces.

And then roll each piece into a ball shape. You can also make squares or pyramids, it´s completely up to you.

And finally, use a needle or one of the clay tools to make a hole in the beads.

And you are done. All that´s left to do is to bake the clay and use it to make a clay bracelet.
You can use this exact method to make differently colored beads. You can change the pattern by varying the amount and size of the accent color pieces and by rolling or kneading the clay differently.
Here are some examples I made:
Here, I used black as the primary color and two very large yellow pieces as the accent.

This is the result:

Here I used red and yellow but only kneaded it for a few seconds to get very pronounced accent color shapes.

This is the result:
